Certezza Solutions employs the best and brightest in our industry. While each employee is unique, we generally look for employees with some or all of the following skill sets:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to our document and digital identity management consulting practice. This may include technological as well as management activities.
  • Lead and manage one (or more) engagement(s) involving teams that may include client as well as our own resources.
  • Understand existing business processes (i.e., process and data flows) to help our clients and our clients' customers move from manual processes towards those that leverage the capabilities of digital identity (e.g., digital certificates and signatures).
  • Identify business practices and processes that are ripe for the technical and procedural implementation of digital identity solutions.
  • Participate demonstrably in the success of high-energy, high-stakes engagements, helping the client succeed through experience and know-how.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
  • Must have college degree preferably in computer science and/or business administration.

We seek candidates with varying degrees of experience.


Our core businesses include identity management and document management solutions. We look for exceptional candidates with some or all of the following:

  • Expertise: We are seeking technological and/or management expertise.
    • Technology: Requires a thorough understanding of security-related technologies such as PKI, X.509 digital certificates, public/private key encryption technologies (e.g., PKCS, RSA, SHA1, MD5, etc.), XKMS, WS-Security, etc.; additionally, an understanding of architecture frameworks and technologies including SOA, Java/Microsoft, web services, etc. also helpful. CISSP and other certifications helpful, but not required.
    • Managerial: Experience in the development and/or implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures as well as knowledge of developing government mandates related to digital identity management (i.e., HSPD 12, 21 CFR part 11, FFIEC, etc.), related industry standards and initiatives (i.e., SAML, Liberty Alliance, TWIST, FiXs, etc.), and identity rule sets (i.e., SAFE, Identrus, etc.) sought.
  • Business Development: Working with business developers in the firm, develop and maintain client relationships towards the development of future (pipeline) engagements by helping the client understand the value-added services we provide.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing project teams towards success.
  • Project Execution: Demonstrable ability to participant meaningfully throughout the project lifecycle, as required.

We are seeking individuals based in the numerous metropolitan areas where the majority of the work is to be performed. However, we will also consider 'road warriors' who are exceptional candidates.
